However, not all artists, aspiring artists, nor inner city youth have access to recording studios due to their location, safety, or financial situations. This is where AJ Styles Inner City Music Academy NFP was created. This method can provide affordable and accessible options for aspiring musicians and inner city youth in a safe and fully equipped space. To ensure the future growth of AJSRICMA, it is important to implement policies and procedures that support community and youth development models for success. With the assistance of funding, we will be able to fund and sustain operational costs, equipment upgrades and provide high quality services.

Partnerships with other educational institutions will allow us to offer course curriculum and training programs for aspiring recording engineers and producers. This will also support and increase the visibility and credibility of AJSRICMA with partnerships to ensure a certain level of professionalism. AJSRICMA will use unique marketing strategies and a circle of service approach by involving schools, faith based organizations, and other NFP programs that will certainly encourage more youth to utilize these services and to grow in the industry. AJSCRICMA provides a safe haven that can bring both community and youth together musically. This will help reduce violence and unattended youth that will be developing and empowering themselves artistically.
